Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
DolessWork OS ("the Service", "we", "us") is a business operations platform combining AI automation with human virtual assistants ("Magic Virtual Partners"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Private beta
The Service is new and under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice, and availability is not guaranteed. Signup is free during the beta. When paid plans launch, beta workspaces keep the launch pricing shown at signup; you will never be charged without explicitly setting up billing first.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity in your workspace. Workspace admins control who they invite. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, or to capture data from people without a lawful basis. Lead, order, and call intake endpoints may only be pointed at properties you control. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or threaten its integrity.
4. AI and human assistance
Parts of the Service use AI models to score leads, draft answers, and route work, with human Partners handling judgment calls. AI output can be wrong; review it before relying on it for significant decisions. Where a human Partner acts in your workspace, that activity is recorded in your audit trail.
5. Your data
Your workspace data stays yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace data from the Compliance page at any time.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta: zero).
7. Ending things
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time via the contact form. We may terminate workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means acceptance.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form and we'll reply by email.
