DoLessWork
One front desk for every enquiry your practice gets.
Enquiries arrive already answered. Every message from your phone, your web form and your inbox lands in one queue with the reply written in your voice, from rules you set once. You read it, change what you like, and send.
Nothing goes out until you approve it.
We'll send back the replies we would have drafted. No signup, no card. Then $100 for your first month, $299/month after. Cancel any time.

What actually lands in your inbox
You tell us your rules once. Every message that arrives gets read, scored and answered, then waits for you.
Your standing ruleNever quote treatment prices by email. Consultation first. Never give medical advice or discuss whether someone is a candidate. Always mention that a licensed provider does the assessment.
Hi Elena, Being cautious about this is a good instinct, and it's a common one. Most people booking their first consultation say something similar. I'm not able to tell you whether you're a candidate or quote a price by email. Both of those are assessed in person by one of our licensed providers, who'll talk through what's realistic for you and what it would involve before anything is booked. The consultation itself is where all of that gets answered. Would you like me to find you a time? Lumen Aesthetics
No drafted reply is sent until you approve it. There is no auto-send for written replies, on any plan. The AI does the writing; you stay the one who decides.
Elena V. is invented for this example. We launched recently and don't publish real customer messages. The draft is the genuine output format, refusals included. See a full sample workspace →
Four things this system cannot do
Most of what the AI does is judged work: it drafts, your rules guide it, and a person approves it. These four are different. They are enforced by code, and no busy day and no AI mistake can change them.
- Emergencies stay with you. A message scored urgent is never auto-assigned to anyone else. It pins to the top of your queue and you are alerted immediately.
- Nothing is sent until a human approves it. Every written reply to your customer waits for approval. There is no auto-send for written replies, on any plan.
- An overpromising draft counts for nothing. Every draft is checked for promises the system cannot keep, like arrival times or callbacks. A flagged draft is marked for you and counts as zero hours saved.
- An escalation always reaches you. When a call or message needs a human, it is recorded, you get an email, and it appears in your queue. Every time.
We will not tell you the AI never makes a mistake. We built the system so a written mistake cannot reach your customer on its own.
One queue
Consult requests, pricing questions and follow-ups all arrive in the same place, scored, with a reply already written. Nothing sits in a personal inbox waiting for whoever is free.
Standing rules
Write your rules once: how you answer pricing questions, what you never put in writing, which enquiries go straight to a human. Every draft is written from them.
Human help, by the hour
Some work should not be automated. Hand it to a trained human Partner at $25/hour, with no minimum and no retainer. Or never use it at all.
We start with what's eating your week
Every workspace begins with a two-minute business profile: what you do, who you serve, and which repetitive tasks keep swallowing your time. Those tasks become the plan: AI takes over the routine volume it can genuinely handle (answering, scoring, routing, reordering), and your human Partner takes the judgment calls. Your ROI page keeps score of every hour that comes back.

Send us your last three enquiries
Paste them exactly as they arrived. We draft the replies we would have sent and email them to you within one business day. Yours either way, no signup and no card.
We never ask for your passwords or logins.System access happens through your own accounts. Your customers will tell us sensitive things, because that's what inbound messages are: our privacy policy sets out exactly who can read them, how long we keep them, and how to export or delete everything in one click.
What we don't do yet
- We have no customers to point you at, and no case studies. We launched recently.
- We don't connect to your booking system yet. Tell us which one you use and it goes on the list.
What we do have is a working product and a drafted reply we will write for you, from your own enquiries, before you pay anything.

Some work should not be automated. A trained human Partner is available at $25/hour with no minimum and no retainer. Use it or never use it.
Partner hours also cover your nights. Our Partners work Philippine daytime, which is overnight in the US, so a queue that fills while you sleep can be handled by a person and done before you open.
